We ship exclusively by insured courier. The insurance, included in the shipping cost, covers the full value of the work, protecting you completely against theft or damage in transit.
On delivery:
- Check that the parcel is intact, with no signs of damage or damp.
- We always recommend signing for the delivery as “unchecked”, so that any problem can be reported.
