1. RETURNS

1.1 How to return a work

Please contact us at online-shop@gabrielaszuba.com before returning a work you have purchased.

Works may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they have not been used or damaged and are in the same condition in which they were delivered, including any original packaging.
Returns must include your contact details, the order number and, if possible, the tracking number, with a brief description of the reason for the return.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage. We cannot guarantee a refund without proof that the return has been delivered.

1.2 Non-refundable items

As these are unique works of art, items that have been personalised or made to the customer’s specific request cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless they were damaged in transit or faulty on delivery.

1.3 Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
If the refund is approved, the price of the work will be refunded to the payment method used for the purchase, less shipping costs.

2. REFUNDS

2.1 Refund period

Refund requests are valid within 30 days of delivery. Once we have received and inspected the return, we will let you know the outcome by email and, if approved, the refund will be credited to your card or original payment method within a few working days.

2.2 Partial refunds

Partial refunds may be given if:

the work shows damage that was not reported on delivery,
parts of the work are missing for reasons not attributable to the seller,
the request is made after the 30-day period.

2.3 Gifts

If the work was bought as a gift and marked as such, a return will result in store credit issued to the recipient.

3. PRIVACY POLICY

3.1 Data collection

When you make a purchase, we collect personal information such as your name, address, email and phone number solely to process your order and its delivery.

3.2 Consent and use

By submitting your details, you consent to their use solely for managing your purchase and its delivery, and for any updates on your order.

3.3 Marketing communications

With your consent, we may email you about new works, exhibitions and news.

3.4 Security

Your data is protected by a secure (SSL) connection and is not shared with third parties, except where necessary to process payment or delivery.

4. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to change these terms without notice. Updated versions will be published on this page and take effect immediately.
